Store Policies and Shipping Information


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your purchase within two weeks of purchase date (in store) or delivery date (web orders) to receive a full refund, less shipping costs. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and with its tags attached. Please enclose a copy of your receipt or packing slip with the return. Please send your return with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your original receipt. Jenson Natural Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please note that while returns are processed promptly, credit card companies may require up to two weeks to process and settle credits. Please email us at prior to returning an item as items sent without notification may be delayed.

Charity and custom-designed pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.


Your jewelry is made from natural Earth-made materials. The beads may have slight shape and/or color variations adding to the uniqueness and beauty of the design. Just like a new pair of jeans it may fit snug at first. Rest assured, it will loosen up slightly over time but it should be minimal. Simply roll on your new bracelet over your hand and avoid putting undue pressure on the knot. In order to maintain the beauty of your bracelet, it is best to not submerge it in water.

Please include your desired return mailing address along and your email with the repair. One complimentary repair service is offered within one year of purchase and additional repairs can be made for a small fee. The cost of return shipping is $4.00 via USPS; please include cash or check with the repair or a phone number that we can reach you at for payment. You are not required to contact us prior to sending in a piece for repair.

For your security, please send your repair with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain a copy of your original receipt. Jenson Natural Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, unless otherwise stated. All ground orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days of the receipt of the order.

An email confirmation will be sent once payment is received followed by an email containing tracking information for delivery. Please note: USPS delivery dates are not guaranteed. 


Jenson Natural Jewelry ships all over the world using USPS. Shipping fees and times will be calculated at checkout and all customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customer may choose other shipping options at checkout (UPS, DHL, FedEx).
