Bracelet Repair

Each bracelet made at JNJ is done with the utmost care and love. But, the stretch cord may break over time with regular wear or perhaps you caught it on something and it snapped. No matter how it happened, we will be here to fix things.

Please note, depending on the age of your bracelet and the availability of the gemstones, we may have to slightly alter your design. Additionally, if you lost a significant number of the stones, we may have to charge you an extra fee to finish the repair. Any extra fees would be approved by you before being charged.

If your bracelet was one with a variety of stones in it or was a custom design, please send us information regarding the arrangement of the stones or email us a picture of the piece. Or just refer a current product listing so that we can repair it properly.

You are responsible for shipping the item to us. Shipping costs for returning the bracelet to you will be determined at checkout.
