At the heart of the mala is a 30mm Howlite focal stone, chosen for its beautiful natural veining and quiet simplicity. A Note from the Artist

Some of my favorite moments happen outdoors, when I have the chance to look up and take in the vastness of the sky. Whether I'm hiking, walking through the woods, or sitting quietly near Lake Superior, those moments remind me that clarity doesn't always come from trying harder. Sometimes it comes from creating space to simply breathe, observe, and let life settle.

That feeling inspired the Open Sky Mala. I wanted to create a piece that reflects the peace and perspective we often find when we slow down and reconnect with the natural world.
