Blue Banded Opal Half Moon Necklace
This minimalist necklace features a hand-carved Blue Banded Opal shaped into a soft half moon. With layers of pale blue, gray, and deep earth tones, each stone carries natural banding that makes every piece completely unique.
These beautiful opals were sourced from Ethiopia through one of my trusted suppliers. Each stone measures approximately 20mm x 16mm and is entirely natural, with no two patterns exactly alike.
The pendant is strung on lightweight but durable C-Lon thread, allowing the stone to appear as though it is gently floating at the base of the neckline. The simple design keeps the focus on the beauty of the opal itself.
A stainless steel lobster clasp and 2" extender chain allow the necklace to be worn from 15" to 17", making it perfect for layering or wearing on its own as a quiet statement piece.
